海峰从德国引进先进的双丝道的加弹设备，专业生产锦纶和涤纶弹力丝。具备4000吨的年生产能力，为客户提供多功能、高品质的DTY产品。海峰拥有先进的绞纱生产设备，有3000吨的年生产能力，从倍捻→成绞→蒸纱等各个工序，均受到严格控制。海峰还拥有意大利精密的络筒生产设备公司对产品本身的特点进行了改装，采用了现代电子技术单定传动，断纱自停采用电子光控感应装置，使产品卷绕成型美观，张力一致，线速稳定，提高织物的质量。

涤纶系列产品母粒色纺涤纶DTY 规格：70D/36F/2 白色 母粒色纺涤纶DTY 规格：70D/36F/2 黑色母粒色纺涤纶DTY 规格：70D/36F/2 灰色若需其他颜色，起订量为3吨。涤纶加捻色丝规格：80D/1 50D/2 70D/2 100D/2 150D/2 100D/1 150D/1每色只要10KG以上就可以打样生产。
