应用工艺：
Applied technique:
（1）稀释/溶解
CS-8521.8024.8086以水稀释后，可应用于一般羊毛/绵羊绒丝光织物后整理上。经稀释后
CS-8521.8024.8086无论采用浸渍或浸轧工艺，都能发挥其优越效果。
1. Dilution/ Dissolvability
After CS-8521.8024.8086 are diluted by water, it can be used for the normal wool/fine wool fabric%27s finishing. The diluted CS-82D can exert its advantages.
（2）参考工艺
浸渍法 羊毛/绵羊绒针织成衣浸渍工艺
去油脂缩绒处理→丝光处理→还原处理→清洗→脱水→柔软处理→脱水→烘干（80℃）
浸渍处理：
CS-8521.8024.8086 8-10%（o.w.f）
PH值（可用冰乙酸调节） 5.0-6.0
浴比： 1：15-16
温度： 20-25℃
2. Reference Technique:
A. Dipping wool/fine wool knitted products dipping technique
→milling disposal to remove oil→mercerizing→reducing→washing→ dehydrating→soften finishing→dehydrating→drying（80℃）
Dipping disposal:
CS-8521.8024.8086 8-10%（o.w.f）
PH value（can adjust through glacial acetic acid） 5.0-6.0
Temperature 20℃-25℃
Proportion 1：15-16

使用上应注意的事项：
Attention proceeding to usage:
1. 因CS-8521/8024/8086化学结构独特，其吸附于纤维表面上会有定向效应。
2. 于羊毛/绵羊绒浸渍工艺上，最理想的用量为织物重量的 8-10%（o.w.f）。
3. 因浓度高，请先稀释再使用。

2. During the dipping procedure, the optimal dosage is 6-8% of fabric weight (o.w.f.)
3. Due to deep chroma, please dilute before usage.
储存、处理、包装：
Storage, Disposal and Packing:
1、 容器必须盖紧，储存在常温中（20℃），并避免产品结冰。一般可储存6个月或以上。
2、 25Kg塑料桶、50Kg塑料桶包装。
1. The container must be lidded closely with the normal temperature （20℃）, to avoid the product freezing. Normally the storage period should be over 6 months.
2. Packed in 25kgs or 50kgs plastic barrel.
