Fabric 1a : 50%Poly 50%Ice Cool Poly Interlock w/Embossed Print with wick finish (Front, sleeves, placket, top & bottom collar, inner & outer collar stand )
Fabric 2a: 50% Poly 50% Ice Cool Poly Interlock with wick finish (CB, back side panels, overlay along shoulder seams)
This style is color and fabric blocked.
This style may have pattern and is directional.
This style uses "Sew Free" technology.
This style will use adhesive film (DI0007) which must be bonded to the fabric on a flat press machine (controlling temperature, time and
pressure).
The 2a fabric for shoulder seam overlays must be laser cut.
This style has a heat transfer label which will be applied directly on to the fabric.
>No puckering, rippling and/or tearing of fabric.
>Topstitching must be even and consistent from a finished edge.
>SPI (stitches per inch) should be 10 to 11.5.
>All sewing details must follow technical sketches.
>Thread tension must be controlled - Loose thread is never acceptable.
>Twin needle lines must be an equal distance from each other.
>When stretched the stitching on the garment must not crack or break.
>All flatlock/mock flatlock stitch seam lapping direction should be followed as per technical sketches.
>All thread colors are to be colorfast and DTM to main body, unless indicated as contrast color thread. Reeling of thread will be required for
submission for testing for all colours.
>All threads used should be suitable for the type of fabrication, construction details, and garment type used on.
>Coverstitches and serging should be 10 to 11.5 spi. Specimen should be submitted for approval and for final confirmation.
>The raw edge on 2 needle coverseam at hems should extend past the coverstitch by 1/16"
>Coverstitches should be done with 3 thread machine.
>Mock Flat should be done with 5 thread machine.
>Regular serging on knit garments should be done with 4 thread machine.
>Serging on woven garments should be done with 5 thread machine (if your factory does not have the 5 thread serger, we will allow a
separate single needle stitch with 3 thread serge)
>Chainstitch cannot be used in substitute for proper single needle stitching.
We prefer factory with WRAP Certification , if not It should be fully compliance factory.
