I would like to produce a men's classic (100% cotton) and modern (98% cotton/2% spandex) dress shirt. All of the details are included in the attached spreadsheet. I would like to have a sample made of each - one in size S and the other in size M. I would also like to include my own tag as well as the company name on the care label. The initial order would be 100 pieces of each in the various sizes for a total of 200 pieces.
