Hello, Our USA company want to source kind of blanket which is a wide, very short blanket. See the attached photo. If this small test is produced well, we think we can buy 50,000+ full size blankets of the same material in 2012year The yarn of the sample is 3 ply 20 singles (20/3) in one direction (finished edge); and 3 rows of 3 ply (3 x 20/3) in the direction of the fringe. We can use a different yarn, if the look and feel is very similar to sample. Weight of finished product: I estimate 80x30=544g. 92x30=626g. The blankets are 85% Pima Cotton and 15% Alpaca. (A similar blend, with very soft hand feel, may be acceptable Pattern is flat basket weave. Color requested is Chocolate Brown (as photo & sample). The hand knotted fringe is on each end 30" side. Material will have fire retardant.
