We are the trading company MCIOT from Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Our client would like to find a stable regular supplier of polyester fiber.  That is his demand:
1)     100% polyester staple fiber
2)      Recycled or virgin
3)      7-15 D
4)      Cut 51-64 mm
5)      Use: Non-woven fabric, filling material.
6)      Color: first we need white, and (if possible) to add some black. Later we will need different colors, but the main is white.
7)      Quantity: A 40ft container for a first try. The expected volume of supply is up to 500 ton monthly.
8)      The low price is important.
The range of properties is wide, but we need to start with something.
