Underwear made by offered design.
That styles making way will base on 2 groups of knitted fabrics:
- Single Jersey 100% cotton made from 40s/1 combed yarn. 130 GSM
- Fabric #2: Single Jersey 95%cotton 5%spandex made from 40s/1 combed yarn with transparent spandex. 170GSM.
The touch feeling of fabric must be smooth without peeling, with good density and maximum thin as possible.
Also need to use solid dye 2x2 Rib, woven cotton Elastics with terry loops inside and 10mm plastic buttons.
Each style color way, will based on cut fabric detail piece (full printing). Printing is digital print, also called as jet print or digital screen. The look of the print must be light, hand feeling soft, and print must be with open structure.
