Each towel will have the picture of our Governor Otunba (Dr. ) Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, JP, Psc and his Deputy Alhaji (Hon) Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja and will also have our website address. Lastly, you will write; WE CAN DO IT AGAIN! We will need about three (3) million pieces of different colours of the towels between now and August, 2009. Hence, it will be supplied to us in batches. Please, kindly confirm your company’s ability to meet-up with the targeted period (August, 2009)! Also, can you give a price idea?
The towels are meant to be shared all over the entire state for the Second-Term Bid of our present Governor’s political campaign as the Executive Governor of Oyo State. Therefore, we have to handle this project by ourselves in order to prevent our opposition party from knowing what we are already planning. As soon as you confirm your capability to produce this Items with quality materials, I shall inform the project director and we shall come over to your company in order to have a face-to-face meeting with you and arrange deposit payment for you to start production immediately. You will have to also assure us that your company will not produce our idea for any opposition party from Nigeria should they contact you. Kindly confirm your availability for a face-to-face meeting in your company by the end of October! This is because, we will need to visit your company for proper face-to-face negotiation/payment procedure.
The requirement of the Towels are:
1. Size: 24"x 46"
2. Weight: Between 350 and 500g
3. Colour: 4 exciting colours (Should include green and white)
4. Material: Cotton
5. Design: Let us know the price of Embroidery and Printing differently
As part of our necessary arrangement to visit your company as instructed by the Project Chairman, after you might have confirm your intention to meet-up with our requirement. We contacted the Chinese Consulate for Visa issue for our delegation and they told us that you must also apply an invitation from your related Chinese Authority (local government)in your Province and send to us before the visas can be issued to our delegates and that we need to start the preparation for this immediately. Kindly apply that and send to us A.S.A.P. PLEASE, CONFIRM IF THE INVITATION CAN REACH US BY NEXT WEEK?
We also need to know if your company is registered by the Chinese Authority. It is our policy that we can not visit you for this business if your company is not registered. So, please, confirm!
What is the nearest airport to your city? Also, you will need to pick our delegation at the airport when we arrive China.
The Chinese Embassy advised us that you need to tell us whether your company is registered or not and whether you can supply the invitation letter from your government for our delegation visa and whether you will pick us at the airport when we arrive your city. We intend to visit your company by the end of this month (October)! Please, confirm the above immediately.
